For the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM), I developed a comprehensive Fellowship Marketing Kit to support the "Every Day Different" campaign. As the lead designer I was tasked with reaching non-vocationally recognised doctors through external stakeholders, I designed a cohesive suite of assets including email banners, social media tiles, and print collateral.
By utilizing authentic photography from recent Northern Territory photoshoots, the kit provided stakeholders with the high-impact visual tools needed to drive fellowship applications across both digital and physical touchpoints. By blending high-impact photography with clear calls to action, I created a visual system that resonated with prospective applicants, ultimately boosting fellowship application rates by 25% over the campaign period.
